My values are the foundations of who I am, but also a work in progress and who I aspire to be. Some I find easier than others, but all are important. Committing to all 4, equally, will make me a better human. I genuinely believe this.

Brave

I try to be brave. Brave in my thinking. Brave in my beliefs. Brave enough to believe in myself. Brave enough to say the thing. Brave enough to step away when things aren’t right for me. Brave enough to step up when I need to.

Kind

I try to be kind. I strive to see kindness as a strength, even when it isn’t the default. I will surround myself with kindness. I will intentionally build kindness. I will try to amplify kindness when I see it. There is so much strength in kindness.

Fair

I try to be fair. The world isn’t fair. But it could be. I will dedicate my life to making it a bit fairer, for everyone. I will be fair in my approach, my relationships and my pricing structure. I expect fairness in return, always.

Open

I try to be open. In my thinking. In my heart. In my approach to work. In my relationships with others. An open mind and openness with others is where the big thinking comes from. Being open means being conscious. It makes you free.
